  23.           DragContext associated with a given display and timestamp. A
  24.           timestamp uniquely identifies which DragContext is active
  25.           when more than one drag and drop transaction has been
  26.           initiated on a display. If the specified timestamp matches a
  27.           timestamp processed between the start and finish of a single
  28.           drag and drop transaction, the function returns the
  29.           corresponding DragContext ID.
